1. Overview

Python Techs LLC is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for our digital marketing services including Social Media Marketing, Google Ads Management, and Digital Marketing services.

2. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of payment for eligible services.

Eligible for Refund:

• Service not delivered as agreed in writing

• Duplicate/accidental payment made

• Project cancelled before work begins

• Technical failure on our part preventing service delivery

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Campaigns already launched and running

• Work already completed and delivered

• Dissatisfaction with ad performance results (results depend on market conditions)

• Client-side delays or failure to provide required materials

• Ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta platforms

3. Refund Request Process

Step 1: Email us at pythontechsllc@gmail.com within 30 days of payment

Step 2: Include in your email:

• Full name and business name

• Invoice number or payment date

• Reason for refund request

Step 3: We will review your request within 5 business days

Step 4: If approved, refund processed within 7-10 business days

4. Ad Spend Policy (Important)

Ad budgets paid directly to Google or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) are non-refundable through Python Techs LLC. These payments go directly to the platforms. To recover unused ad spend, contact Google or Meta directly.

5. Partial Refunds

If work is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet delivered. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel before work starts → Full refund eligible

• Cancel after work starts → Partial refund based on work completed

• Cancel after campaign launch → No refund on launched campaigns

• Monthly retainer services → Cancel with 14 days written notice before next billing cycle

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be disputed with supporting documentation.

8. Legal Disclosure

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Python Techs LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email with 14 days notice.
